hi Sister is designed for women at all stages of faith—from those just beginning to those with decades of experience. Our community values authentic growth over performance.

How is hi Sister different from other women's ministries?

hi Sister uniquely focuses on the three-pillar approach based on Matthew 22:36-39, emphasizing balanced growth in your relationship with God, yourself, and others. We blend spiritual formation, personal development, and authentic community in ways most ministries address separately.

Membership & Pricing

How much time commitment does membership require?

We know you're busy! Our core offerings require about 3-4 hours monthly, with additional optional resources for those who want to go deeper.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership level?

Absolutely! You can upgrade from Seed Sister to Bloom Sister at any time. If you need to downgrade, you can do so when your current billing cycle ends.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your Bloom Sister membership at any time, and you'll maintain access until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees, and you can always remain part of our community as a Seed Sister.

Technical Questions

What devices can I use to access Hi Sister content?

All of our content is accessible on computers, tablets, and smartphones. Our website is mobile-responsive, and recorded content can be downloaded for offline viewing on most devices.

How do I access the Bible studies and workshops?

Once logged in, you'll find all our content in the "Resources" section of the member dashboard. Live events include calendar links you can add to your personal calendar with one click.

What if I have trouble with my login or accessing content?

Our support team is available via email at hello@hisister.co and typically responds within 24 hours. We also have a Help Center with troubleshooting guides for common issues.

Can I share my login with others?

We ask that you maintain one account per member to support our community's sustainability. However, we encourage you to invite friends to join.

Community & Participation

Do I have to participate in discussions or can I just observe?


You're welcome to engage at whatever level feels comfortable. Many sisters begin by observing and gradually join conversations as they feel ready. There's no pressure to share before you're comfortable.

Are there in-person gatherings or is everything online?

While Hi Sister is primarily an online community to ensure accessibility for women everywhere, we have an exciting calendar of live events planned throughout the year. These include seasonal regional gatherings, annual retreats, and quarterly workshops in select cities. We also encourage and provide resources for members to organize local Sister Circles in their own communities. Our online format ensures no one misses out regardless of location, while these in-person opportunities create space for deeper connection when possible.

What if I can't attend the live Bible studies or workshops?

All live events are recorded and made available in our library, usually within 24 hours. Bloom Sisters have permanent access to all recordings, while Seed Sisters can access the most recent study.

How can I contribute my gifts to the Hi Sister community?


We love when sisters share their gifts! After 90 days of membership, you can apply to become a Community Guide, Workshop Leader, or contribute to our newsletter. We provide training and support for these volunteer opportunities.

Privacy & Safety

How do you protect members' privacy?

We take privacy seriously. Your personal information is never shared with third parties, and you control what information is visible to other members. Our community guidelines prohibit taking screenshots or sharing others' stories outside the group.

Are there moderators in the online community spaces?

Yes, all community spaces are monitored by trained moderators who ensure our community remains a safe, uplifting space that aligns with our values. They're available to address any concerns that arise.

What happens if someone violates community guidelines?

We use a three-step approach: education, temporary restriction, and if necessary, removal from the community. Our goal is always restoration and growth, but we prioritize maintaining a safe space for all members.

Content & Resources

Are transcripts available for audio and video content?

Yes, all recorded content includes transcripts for accessibility and for those who prefer reading to watching or listening.

Can I suggest topics for future Bible studies or workshops?

Absolutely! We welcome topic suggestions through our quarterly member surveys and have a suggestion box on the member dashboard. Many of our most popular sessions came from member requests.

Is all content created by Hi Sister or do you feature guest teachers?

We offer a blend of content created by our core team and carefully selected guest teachers who align with our values and mission. This provides diverse perspectives while maintaining consistent quality.
